  8. Reduce Clutter- Many ads/website are cluttered with a lot of elements (i.e. text, images, flashing banners, videos, links, menus (all of these can be ok but be sure that it is not overwhelming for your potential customers

  9. CTA - What is your Call-To-Action. Is it upfront, visible and the focus of your website and ad? If not, your contact may get lost as to what they are supposed to do and leave before contacting you. ✅
